Welcome to Logandevico Co.. By accessing our website at https://logandevicoco.click/ or using our vehicle shipping services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

1. Services

Logandevico Co. acts as a vehicle shipping agent and broker, coordinating auto transport services through a network of licensed, insured motor carriers. We are not the carrier of record for shipments.

2. Quotes and Pricing

Quotes provided are estimates based on current carrier availability, fuel prices, and routing. Final pricing is confirmed at the time of dispatch. We do not charge upfront deposits without disclosure.

3. Customer Responsibilities

• Provide accurate pickup and delivery information.
• Ensure the vehicle is in the described condition.
• Be present (or arrange for an authorized adult) at pickup and delivery to sign the Bill of Lading.
• Remove personal valuables and disable alarms prior to pickup.

4. Insurance and Liability

All dispatched carriers maintain active cargo insurance. Claims for damage incurred during transport are filed directly with the carrier's insurer per the Bill of Lading. Logandevico Co. will assist in the claims process.

5. Cancellation

You may cancel a shipment prior to carrier dispatch at no charge. Cancellations after dispatch may be subject to a fee equal to actual incurred costs.

6. Limitation of Liability

Logandevico Co.'s liability is limited to the brokerage services provided. We are not liable for delays caused by weather, traffic, mechanical failure, or other circumstances outside our control.

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia.
